Instrumentel Limited, the Leeds-based supplier of advanced electronic systems for data acquisition from hostile environments, is pleased to announce that Dr Neil Curry has been promoted to the position of Principal Engineer.

Neil’s promotion recognises his strong contribution to Instrumentel’s world-leading technology, particularly in the successful development and application of inductively-coupled telemetry systems to extreme and hostile environments such as motorsport engines and nuclear waste containers.

A graduate of the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Leeds University, Neil was one of Instrumentel’s first graduate employees, and was subsequently sponsored through his PhD at Leeds by the Company. Speaking of the promotion David McGorman, Instrumentel CEO said:
